We are seeking to add a Clerical Data Entry/Coordinator to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, record keeping, report preparation, customer contact, project scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Enter variety of data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Identify, review and resolve discrepancies in data received
- Advise management of issues related to data and actions taken
- Project scheduling
- Customer contact
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Able to pass a background check, drug test
